About The Word of Life Christian Church

A Place of Encouragement

Hebrews 10:25
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

A Place of Learning

2 Peter 1:2-3 KJV
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hast called us to glory and virtue:

A Place of Worship

We worship the true and the living God, through his Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord.
We worship Him because the Father has made Him alone, worthy of worship and praise.
We believe that worship invokes the presence of God to move upon all that are present, and cause lives to never be the same again.

inspiration for our name

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you they are spirit, and they are life.

John 6:63
Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? Thou hast the words of eternal life.
John 6:67-68

The Vision

And the LORD answered me, and said, write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
Habakkuk 2:2

The Double Portion Anointing

Sonship School of the Firstborn is an outreach ministry of The Word of Life Christian Church. It is a “school in the church.” Our two-year course of study is concentrated solely in the discipline of ministry studies. Hence, our focus is the certification of able ministers, who have been equipped with sound doctrine and are able to teach others what they have been taught. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of diploma.
